PHONE READINESS

Make room for the app, not just the APK

An installer file can be small while the finished app needs much more space for updates, cached graphics and temporary data. On an Android phone that is already close to full, clear a sensible amount of storage before installing instead of deleting files halfway through the process.

Use a stable connection for the first installation. If mobile data is your only option, avoid starting an update when the signal is moving between 4G and 5G or dropping frequently; an incomplete package can look like an app fault when it is really a broken download.

REGISTRATION

Use a mobile number you can still access next month

If the registration flow sends an OTP, use a SIM that is active and normally receives transactional messages. Temporary numbers create trouble when you later change phones, reset a password or need to confirm a payment action.

Enter your name in the same form you expect to use for KYC. Small differences such as initials, missing middle names or swapped surname order can become irritating when the account and payment instrument need to be compared.

PAYMENT RECORDS

Treat every UPI payment like something you may need to prove

A successful debit in a UPI app and a credit inside a game wallet are two separate events. Save the UTR or transaction reference until both sides agree. If the wallet does not update, do not keep sending the same amount repeatedly; first check the banking status and the in-app transaction history.

For withdrawals, confirm the destination UPI ID or bank details before submitting. When a request is pending, note its withdrawal ID and time. That gives support a clean trail instead of a pile of screenshots with no matching reference.

ACCOUNT ACCESS

When an OTP does not arrive, troubleshoot in a fixed order

1. Check the mobile number and country code entered on the XX3 screen.
2. Wait for the resend timer instead of tapping repeatedly; several requests can invalidate an earlier code.
3. Move to an area with normal network reception and turn airplane mode off if it was left enabled.
4. Check whether spam filtering or an SMS-blocking app is intercepting transactional messages.
5. If the SIM was recently ported, replaced or reactivated, use the official support route rather than sharing your OTP with anyone.
