NB9 Game Guide: KYC Name Matching, Wallet Records & Withdrawals
NB9 is easier to manage when the profile, KYC documents and payment destination tell the same story. Small spelling differences are harmless in casual use but can become a real nuisance once a withdrawal needs identity or account-name checks.

PROFILE
Use one consistent version of your name
If KYC is requested, enter the account holder name in the same form used on Aadhaar or PAN. Avoid switching between initials and full names across the profile, UPI ID and bank details unless the service explicitly supports that difference.
Do not upload identity documents through a link sent by an unknown person. Use only the verification flow inside the account or the operator’s official support channel.
WALLET HISTORY
Keep evidence until both sides settle
For deposits, save the UPI UTR or bank reference and compare it with the in-app transaction history. A bank debit does not automatically mean the game wallet has credited the money, and a wallet status does not replace the bank record.
For withdrawals, note the request ID, amount, destination and time. If the status later changes, you have a clean timeline for support.
PENDING PAYOUT
One support case is better than five new requests
If a withdrawal stays pending, first check whether KYC or beneficiary details are incomplete. Avoid cancelling and resubmitting simply to move the request to the top; that can make the timeline harder to understand.
When the app marks a payout completed but the bank has not credited it, ask for the settlement reference so the receiving bank can trace the transfer.
SECURITY
Hide the details that do not belong in a support chat
A transaction screenshot can expose balance, phone number or UPI information unrelated to the complaint. Crop it to the relevant reference where possible. Never share an OTP, account password or UPI PIN.
Make the wallet easy to audit
Consistent names and saved references turn KYC and withdrawal questions into traceable account issues instead of guesswork.
